Set of plastic for 3D handle SBS GLASS - 7 colors

     Products printed with SBS GLASS plastic are characterized by a high degree of surface gloss and the ability to withstand large bending deformations without fracture. In addition, when printing with SBS GLASS plastic, the smell is completely absent, excellent weldability of the layers is ensured.

     The main features of plastic

• excellent weldability of the layers;
• lack of a smell at the press;
• extremely low moisture absorption;
• admission to contact with food;
• high gloss surface;
• low rigidity at small thickness.

     For comparison, the flexural modulus SBS GLASS:HIPS: ABS: PLA corresponds to 1.5: 2.0: 2.3: 3.8 GPa. Both in the bar and in the product, the polymer is able to withstand large bending and torsional deformations without fracture, including cyclic ones, but the material is characterized by the preservation of residual deformations. The heat resistance of the material is higher than that of the classic PLA grades and is 70°С.
